In a recent episode of Sister Wives, Kody Brown showed off his culinary skills by making crepes for the family’s Christmas morning breakfast. However, his attempt at being the perfect family man was met with criticism from Robyn Brown and their children. With the current season highlighting the strains on Kody’s relationships with his wives, the holiday season was no exception. Only Robyn and Meri Brown were present, while Christine spent time with her children in Salt Lake City, and Janelle hosted her own holiday gathering. As the season progresses, Kody continues to struggle to hold the family together, as evidenced by his fights with both Christine and Janelle. Despite his efforts, it seems that Kody’s crepe recipe did little to win over his family’s approval.

On Christmas morning, Kody decided to showcase his culinary skills by creating his very own crêpe recipe for his wife Robyn and their children. However, despite his best efforts, Kody’s crêpes were not exactly a hit with the family. The unusual combination of cheese, berries, and a “weirdaoli” sauce left Robyn unimpressed. Kody made it clear that his culinary creations were French cuisine and not Mexican burritos, but unfortunately, no one seemed to share his enthusiasm.

It is not unusual for Kody to put on a show for the cameras, but his attempts to play the role of a family man are quite jarring. While the rest of his family seems to be falling apart, Kody is doing everything in his power to show that he is invested in his relationship with Robyn and their children. He appears defensive about being labeled as a less-than-stellar father and is going out of his way to prove the opposite.

However, it seems that cooking may not be one of Kody’s natural talents.

Although Kody may not be skilled in the culinary arts, he has contributed to his family in other ways in the past. However, he often receives criticism. Kody’s behavior can be controversial due to his unpredictable mood swings and problematic actions. His multiple divorces, neglect of some of his children, and troubled marriage with Robyn have made things difficult for him. As the 18th season of Sister Wives progresses, it remains to be seen if Kody’s fortunes will improve. Despite whatever happens, it’s safe to say that his crêpes won’t be winning any awards.
