Kody Brown, who is famous for his role in the reality TV show “SISTER Wives,” and ex-wife Janelle have recently paid $340,000 to settle two Coyote Pass parcels after their separation earlier this year. The couple, along with Kody’s other wives, had bought four pieces of land in Flagstaff, Arizona, for $820,000 back in 2018 when the family moved from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kody and Janelle Brown have successfully cleared their debt on two plots of land, each valued at $170,000.
Janelle Brown and Kody Brown declared their separation in January, according to their Instagram accounts.
Kody, the father of 18 children, had plans to divide the Coyote Pass land into five portions and build homes on the property for him and his ex-wives Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn. It has now been revealed that Kody and Janelle have paid off the plot of land in their name and an extra plot in Robyn’s name, which were purchased for $170,000 each. The deed of release states that Fidelity National Title Agency was “fully paid” on June 2, 2023, with a down payment of $23,800, making the total owed amount $146,200. One of the plots was in Janelle and Kody’s names, while the other was in Robyn and Kody’s names. Despite being legally married only to Robyn, Kody has split from Meri and Janelle, and Christine has moved to Utah after announcing her split from Kody. She expressed her unhappiness about the family and Kody’s strict Covid rules, which caused him to spend most of his time at Robyn’s home. However, no construction permits have been granted yet for the land.
At present, Kody is solely wedded to Robyn.
Christine and Janelle have managed to maintain a strong bond and continue to be great pals even today. They share a special friendship that has stood the test of time.
