On the night of December 22, someone abandoned a pregnant cat named Mam Nata in front of the IAPA. She was estimated to be around 8 weeks pregnant and was close to delivering her kittens.

Instituto Amor em Patas (IAPA) discovered a frail and frightened dog who was unable to stand up when they came across her. It took some time to soothe her as she was visibly terrified. The reason for her owner abandoning her was because she was afraid of her upcoming puppies. Initially, when the shelter volunteers tried to approach her, she was very defensive and exhausted all her energy trying to keep them at bay to safeguard her offspring. However, after some time, she let her guard down and became friendly with the volunteers.

“Check out the size of her belly! It’s possible that she’s carrying around 13 or 14 little ones in there. We’re hoping to schedule her medical examination for tomorrow since she seems to be feeling a bit weak,” shared one of the volunteers.

Get ready for a long night ahead as we wait for Natajuli’s ultrasound results to make sure that everything is okay. Luckily, Natajuli has returned to the shelter with all the necessary assistance for the delivery of her babies. Excitingly, the first baby born is a smart and lively boy.

Do you have any idea how many cute puppies there are? Well, Natajuli just gave birth to fourteen adorable babies! Recently, she and her little ones paid a visit to the vet for a quick check-up. Natajuli seemed a bit embarrassed, but all of her pups looked healthy and chubby. The sight of them was so heartwarming that it almost made the speaker cry. They couldn’t resist the urge to give the precious pups a kiss!
