Having been discovered as a stray along with her litter of newborn kittens, a dilute tortoiseshell was taken in by Salem Friends of Felines in Oregon. The organization quickly found a volunteer foster parent to provide the family with all the care and attention they required.

According to Kayla, Foster Mom, Momma Priscilla, who is believed to be around seven years old, was extremely caring and affectionate towards her kittens. However, she was equally eager to receive love and attention from her human companions. Even though she would leave her babies for a while, she would soon return to them after being brushed and petted by her human friends. After receiving medical treatment for a few health issues, the kind-hearted cat mother was seen snuggled up with her little ones in their cozy and clean nest, purring contentedly. According to Kayla, she was an exceptional mother who was always happy and gentle.

When Priscilla noticed that Kayla was available to assist her with her little ones, she started to take her time examining her new home. She examined everything in her environment, sniffing and pawing with great inquisitiveness. The adorable cat had the most precious response when she stumbled upon her own reflection on a bathtub overflow plate.

Kayla quickly noticed one of Priscilla’s charming traits. The mother cat wears a sweet little grin on her face and sticks out her tongue when she’s calm. While Priscilla may not have all of her teeth, it doesn’t seem to affect her in the slightest. She remains a delightful presence to anyone lucky enough to cross paths with her.

After spending several weeks in a foster home, Priscilla finally felt secure enough to allow her kittens to venture out on their own.
