Physical appearance does not define beauty completely. It’s essential to look beyond the surface and understand that we all share similar traits deep inside. The most crucial factor is inner beauty. Sadly, some individuals in Lucky’s life were incapable of recognizing his true worth due to his external appearance, which is a terrible situation. Lucky was born with a severe facial deformity and abandoned at a shelter after being born in a puppy mill. Finding him a home was challenging as people often judged him by his looks rather than his personality.

Lucky, the poor pup, was eventually adopted but sadly, he faced a string of disappointments as he was continuously passed from one home to another. Unfortunately, he was subject to mistreatment in each environment, and it wasn’t his fault. In his first Austin-based household, Lucky was always kept outside as he couldn’t get along with their cats. He was tied up to a tree and lacked a safe space to sleep or even enough food to survive. It was devastating to see Lucky ignored and overlooked, as he deserved much more love than his first family provided. Later on, when the family moved out, they chose to abandon Lucky without even considering taking him with them. This just goes to show how Lucky was never truly considered part of their family.

Lucky was unfortunately adopted once more, but his new family didn’t keep him for very long and soon abandoned him as well. It seemed like Lucky’s luck had run out.

An incredible event occurred on social media that completely altered the course of events! A shelter volunteer took Lucky to get groomed, and after that, they shared pictures of a beautifully groomed Lucky. The photos caught the attention of Jamie Hult, who happened to be a friend of the volunteer. Jamie was so fascinated that they wanted to meet Lucky as soon as possible and even expressed their desire to adopt Lucky right away!

Jamie shared that she stumbled upon a dog that caught her attention and coincidentally, the person who rescued the dog was someone from her circle. Without hesitation, Jamie immediately reached out to him and expressed her desire to adopt the dog. She emphasized that she did not want to just foster the dog but rather make it a permanent part of her family.

Regrettably, Lucky was not doing well and needed a lot of attention from a veterinarian. He had been infested with fleas and heartworms, and he was also too skinny. However, Jamie was unfazed by his condition and was determined to have him as her own. She was willing to pay for his care and give him all her love.

Lucky had quite a journey to embark on, but thanks to top-notch medical attention, he made a full recovery! And his new home, new owner, and new lease on life brought about a new name as well – Toxic Tox!

Beaux Tox got his name from the fact that he needs some botox, and that’s alright. Beauty comes in different forms, and we appreciate them all. However, Jamie has not had botox because taking care of her dog is already a significant expense. Jamie’s outlook and approach are precisely what Beaux needs, don’t you agree?

After a year of marriage, they are still happily together. Beaux is now in good health and living a joyful life without any memories of being tied to trees or spending lonely nights in shelters. People no longer judge him based on his appearance, but instead, shower him with love as he deserves as a sweet puppy.
