“From Bubble to Reality: The Journey of ‘Bubble Puppy'”

‘Bubble Puppy’ finally able to live in the real world

After much anticipation, ‘Bubble Puppy’ is now able to inhabit the physical world.

Kathryn, a veterinary technician, had a heartwarming encounter with a little puppy named Sally who was in critical condition. The breeder who previously owned her had given her to Kathryn because she could no longer provide for her. Unfortunately, Sally was diagnosed with pneumonia and was finding it hard to breathe, which resulted in her turning blue.

Luckily, Kathryn had a solution for Sally’s respiratory problems – an oxygen container affectionately called “bubble”. After realizing that Sally was dependent on oxygen, the pup had to remain in the bubble for an extended time. As a result, Sally suffered from respiratory issues and required strengthening of her lungs.

Kathryn provided round-the-clock care for Sally both inside and outside the bubble for days and weeks. However, Sally could not leave her bubble since she would experience breathing difficulties after only a few seconds. Despite her condition, Sally yearned to be a normal pup. She expressed this desire through gestures such as kissing the wall of her bubble and peeking outside. Sally wanted to play and enjoy life just like any other dog, but her body would not allow it.

Despite the challenges, Kathryn refused to give up on Sally.

Typically, Sally would accompany the puppy and its healing bubble to provide a change of scenery. However, the pup seemed eager for more freedom as it began to paw at the enclosure. When taken outside of the bubble, Sally could only last for about 15 seconds.

Despite Sally’s respiratory problem, she had a strong desire to explore the world outside her bubble. Kathryn agreed to take Sally on short outings to help her lungs get some exercise while also satisfying the pup’s curiosity. They made it a routine over the next few days, gradually increasing the time spent outside of the bubble. Kathryn was pleased to see that Sally’s need for oxygen support decreased from 15 seconds to 3 minutes in just a few weeks.

After sticking to a regular workout routine, Sally’s health improved significantly, especially her breathing. However, as she grew, her bubble needed to be changed, which prompted Kathryn to come up with a clever plan to make it larger for Sally to move around comfortably. One day, they decided to take Sally outside and let her play on the grass, but her lungs were not strong enough to stay out for long, so they returned her to her bubble. With her improvement, they allowed Sally to freely enter and exit her bubble. As time passed, Sally no longer wanted to be in her bubble and would try to sneak away. Once given the all-clear, Sally was adopted by Kathryn’s coworker, Bonnie, who was present throughout her recovery process. Sally now enjoys going for walks, playing with toys, and living her life outside in the real world. To know more about this incredible story, watch the video below.
