Jason Frost and Brandon Key had an unexpected experience during their fishing trip on Alabama’s Black Warrior river. They were unaware of what was in store for them as they cast their lines. Little did they know that they would end up rescuing two cute kittens who paddled their way towards the boat to find refuge. It was quite a memorable cat-fishing adventure for these two friends.
In a viral video, Frost exclaims that a surprising sight is approaching their boat – a kitten. Despite being wet and scared, the kittens prove to be adept swimmers and appear thankful for their rescue. Frost speculates in the video that the kittens were likely left behind by their previous owners.
Once Frost and Key made it to shore, they stumbled upon a family who quickly developed an attachment to the adorable kittens and decided to take them in as their own. The felines were given new names – River and Warrior.
“You won’t believe what’s coming towards our boat, folks.”
